I have seen felt bowls on the one skein blog
http://www.oneskein.blogspot.com
Does anyone have a pattern for these, or instrructions. I don't particularly want to buy the book, I have enough sock/mitten patterns already, but the bowls do look scrummy.

its exactly the same idea as any 3d felt piece, start with a resist in between two layers, then once you get to soft felt stage transfer the felt to an inflateable ball or something and keep felting. Deflate the ball to remove the bowl, trim the edges, shrink in teh washing machine and block to shape.
