Thursday 20.07.06Nothing to do with spinning at all, but I finally got the cast off my left ankle today. Straight home to dunk it in a bucket of water and slap on tons of moisturiser. It's very stiff, I don't have much movement in it at all. Still on crutches, partial weight bearing for two weeks, and spinning my DT Kiwi as physio.

Haven't been doing anything crafty lately, just the odd few rows of knitting in the morning before everyone surfaces. Once the colder weather comes I'll try some new things and further my education in felting.

It must be so nice having it off at long last  Take it slowly and you'll soon be back to usual again.
