This is what I did at the weekend.

It was a "learn how to dye self-striping sock yarns" class at twistfibrecraft. Great fun. I thought I'd enjoy doing the self striping bit, but I was surprised to find I'm more of a freespirited yarn-sprayer!

I bought loads of 4ply wool with the intention of making self striping but I find it to be a pain in the bum.
