| Does anyone else suffer from RSI when they spin for a long time? I was told first that I was spinning the wrong way round, so I've relearnt and do it right now but now the other side of my wrist hurts. Does it happen to anyone else and if so, do you have any tips? |

I get that from time to time. I can't find anything that helps it so I either carry on regardless (and hope I'm not doing permanent damage) or stop spinning for a while. I get pains in my hands and wrists from spinning and pains in my shoulders from knitting! It's an extreme sport this textiles lark
I think it's probably the same as any other RSI - take regular breaks, watch your posture etc. Apart from that I'm stumped really.
