I just found myself talking to my spinning wheel Laughing

I gave her a stroke as I walked past and said 'You and me are going to have a nice evening together' Shocked I realised that I was talking to her 'ahem' I mean it the same way I talk to the cats. It's come as a sudden jolt that I'm actually extremely attached to my wheel, it feels like she fits me, like a comfy jumper. The sight of her when I come through the door makes me smile - it's like a tangible presence.

I've said enough Laughing

Please tell me others feel the same.

I have been trying to think of a suitably NZ name for mine since she is a Kiwi. Any ideas?
I don't think I've spoken to her out loud, but I do think of asking her to come out to play....

You are asking a woman who thinks nothing of striding up to a tree, throwing her arms round it and planting a smacker on it (not on a daily basis you understand, only if we haven't seen each other in a while Smile )so OF COURSE I talk to my wheels - I talk to everything Very Happy
